The Otway Coast Committee (OCC) is appointed by the Victorian State Government to manage 28.5 km of coastal Crown land between Marengo and Separation Creek (Wye River) on the Victorian south western coast.
This website provides information on the work of the OCC, its strategic planning, projects and the partnerships it enjoys with other stakeholder agencies.
The website also provides detailed information on the two main businesses the OCC manages; the Apollo Bay Recreation Reserve and the Wye River Foreshore Camping Ground. Coastal Crown land camping grounds provide a valuable opportunity for all Victorians and visitors to our state, to enjoy a holiday at the beach. Importantly these camping grounds are an important contributor to their local economies by accommodating a substantial proportion of the holiday population.
